SDSU Extension is excited to offer Fit & Strong, an evidence-based physical activity program developed by researchers at the University of Illinois. The first Fit & Strong class will begin in Brookings March 12, 2019. Fit & Strong will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 2-3:30 p.m. until May 30 at First Lutheran Church (337 8th St.).
