This will include sharing details on how members of the Ohio Farm Resolution Team gain insight into the farm family situation using family intake forms and questioning techniques. This session will also provide an in-depth training on OSU Extension's new tool titled “Farm and Resource Management Spreadsheet” (FARMS), which is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet designed to help families and professionals in collecting and systemically organizing all necessary information related to transition planning.
