Northeast Research Farm Tour

The annual Northeast Research Farm Tour will be held on Thursday, July 9 at 4:00 PM and run till dusk. The farm is located on the Junction of State Highway 20 and Codington County Highway 11 or 2.5 west of Exit 193 on I-29.

Several tours will focus on crop management including weed management, crop diseases and insects, small grains variety trials, soil fertility, and soybean planting dates. Dinner will be provided to all attendees as a courtesy of SDSU Agricultural Experiment Station, South Dakota Wheat Commission, and South Dakota Crop Improvement Association.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for crop, nutrient, and pest management will also be available for certified crop advisors.
