Dairy producers, feedlot operators and industry professionals may attend the I-29 Moo University Dairy Beef Short Course on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. as part of the Central Plains Dairy Expo at the Denny Sanford Premier Center Center (1021 North West Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57104). The program runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. and features a full day of research-based information on feeding and managing beef-on-dairy cattle.

Registration
Registration fee is $75 per adult plus $15 if a printed copy of the proceedings is desired. College students may register for a discounted rate of $20. Lunch is provided. The deadline to preregister is March 10.
If attendees plan on going to the Central Plains Dairy Expo Welcome Reception, they are encouraged to register online ahead of time.
