About Koeppe Family Fields

The Koepp Family

Daren and Holly Koeppe, the owners of Koeppe Family Fields, LLC (KFF) have a desire to grow and provide healthy food for their local community. They are currently working on transitioning their crop ground to USDA certified organic. They started KFF as a way to sell healthy produce directly to their customers and now also provide some healthy preserves and dry mixes to customers through personal orders and this year at the Sisseton Farmer's Market. They grow cucumbers, peas, green beans, squashes, lettuces, broccoli, kale, cauliflower, tomatoes, cabbage, and more! Daren and Holly have three kids who are involved in every step of the process from preparing the soil to preserving the crop, making it truly a family business. The Koeppe's are hopeful that after gathering weed control information from the green bean trial this year, they will be able to grow green beans on a larger scale. Their plan is to grow more and more food that can be consumed locally and sold directly to their customers. In addition to the traditional crop farming and KFF business, the Koeppe's also calve out cows and fatten the calves. You can follow Koeppe Family Fields, LLC on Facebook or contact Holly by email if you are interested in learning more about their farm or available products.
