SDSU Swine Day
SDSU Extension invites swine producers and allied industry members to attend SDSU Swine Day on September 29 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium - Club 71 (1396 Stadium Rd., Brookings, SD 57006).
The Familiarity of Tradition: Fairs and Festivals Humanities Café Episode
Chase Moon, SDSU Extension Community Vitality Field Specialist, and Kyle Beach, SDSU Extension Program Manager, Regional Youth Educator, will be guests on an episode of the Humanities Café web series, hosted by the South Dakota Humanities Council, on August 27 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. CDT.
Virtual Diabetes Toolkit Workshop
SDSU Extension will host a six-week workshop designed to help adults living with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes and their caregivers build confidence and learn practical self-management skills. The workshops will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. CDT every Thursday from October 1 to November 5 online via Zoom.
