SDSU Extension's 4-H program will host the 2026 Regional 4-H Dog Shows at two sites—Mitchell, and Rapid City. See the contestant packet for event details. The registration deadline for the Eastern and Western Regional Dog Championships is August 1 via FairEntry.

The Central Championships of the 2026 State Dog Show will take place Saturday, August 15, at the Davison County 4-H Complex (3200 W. Havens Ave., Mitchell, SD 57031).

State Dog Show - Western Championships

The Western Championships of the 2026 State Dog Show will take place Saturday, August 29, at RyeDoodle Boarding & Training (4223 Peaceful Pines Rd, Rapid City, SD 57702).
