Bennett County 4-H member, Frank Huber, has been in 4-H since he was five years old. Huber began when he was a Cloverbud and is now an eighteen-year-old who will be finishing his 4-H career this year. He will leave the program with some well-developed skills, such as leadership and bill writing.

Huber has been involved in a variety of project areas, including range management, rockets, horticulture, visual arts, community service and citizenship. However, his favorites are beef, horse and shooting sports.

Mary Kay Sell, 4-H Youth Program Assistant in Bennett County, sees Frank as an excellent role model with extreme leadership skills who always puts forth extra effort to finish any task he starts.

Huber attended the Citizenship Washington Focus Trip, which is the farthest he has been away from home. He is grateful for the opportunity to attend the trip and notes his growth in leadership and the sights he got to see. Trips like this, as well as attending Camp Bob Marshall, have taught him to become more outgoing.

Huber is always willing to help fellow youth and in any part of 4-H. He is an outstanding member of his local 4-H Teen Leaders group. Frank Huber is a great advocate for 4-H and has earned several project awards and has been selected for other special 4-H awards.
