SDSU Extension is inviting you to join our Virtual 5K to complete anytime during the week of July 5–11—at your own pace, on your own time.

Whether you prefer walking, running, or a combination of both, this is a fun way to stay active and work toward a 5K goal.

How It Works

Prepare for your 5K with an optional 4-week walking or run/walk program, designed to help you build up to the distance.

  • Register online using the blue register button above
  • Choose to follow the optional 4-week walking or run/walk program (both programs are provided in the order confirmation email)
  • Receive weekly encouragement and reminders
  • Complete your 5K (3.1 miles) anytime during July 5–11
  • Receive a free gift when you finish and submit your 5K

Registration

This is a free event, but registration is required by July 3 and can be completed by using the blue register button above.
