The SDSU / USDA Des Moines District Food Safety Summit will be held on August 6 in room 129 of the Animal Science Complex (1097 N. Campus Dr., Brookings, SD 57007)on the campus of SDSU. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m., with the program lasting from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The summit will provide participants in the meat and allied industry with information on listeria, allergens, sanitation, and FSIS resources and support. 

Registration

The cost of the program is $35 per person and includes refreshments, lunch, and printed materials. Additional information will be provided via email after the registration deadline. Registration can be completed using the blue register button above and is requested by July 27 to guarantee printed materials and lunch.
