The SDSU / USDA Des Moines District Food Safety Summit will be held on August 6 in room 129 of the Animal Science Complex (1097 N. Campus Dr., Brookings, SD 57007)on the campus of SDSU. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m., with the program lasting from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The summit will provide participants in the meat and allied industry with information on listeria, allergens, sanitation, and FSIS resources and support. 

Registration

The cost of the program is $35 per person and includes refreshments, lunch, and printed materials. Additional information will be provided via email after the registration deadline. Registration can be completed using the blue register button above.
