The office is located in the Codington County Extension Complex, in the same building as the county 4-H office. Use Entrance A to visit the regional center.

  • Classroom: There is a smart classroom with seating for 30 that is available to rent. Rental rates are available for full or half days. It is $50 for a half day without technology or $75 with technology; a full day without technology is $100 or $150 with technology.
  • Commercial Applicator Testing: Tests are offered in four-hour time blocks, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. or 1:00-5:00 p.m. Call to schedule an appointment.
  • Livestock Water Testing: On-site livestock water testing services is offered at this location.

West River Research and Extension is located on the eastern side of Rapid City near Menards. The building houses both SDSU West River Research and SDSU Extension, with SDSU Extension’s offices downstairs. When entering the parking lot, turn right. The entrance is on the side nearest the stoplight.
