Chronic Disease Toolkit Workshop @ Sioux Falls

SDSU Extension will host a six-week workshop series designed to help adults living with chronic health conditions build confidence and learn practical self-management skills. The workshops will be held from 10:00 to 11:15 a.m. CDT every Tuesday from September 8 to October 13 at Active Generations - East Campus (5500 E Active Generations Place, Sioux Falls, SD 57110).
