U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, Sonny Purdue, authorized the early release of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) funds. January 20, 2019, more than 93,250 South Dakotans who depend upon SNAP to help feed themselves and their families will receive their February SNAP funds.
Better Choices, Better Health and SDSU Extension will host a workshop series starting on Mar. 5 at 1:30 PM CDT at the Tower of David (320 S. 3rd Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57104).
SDSU Extension will host a Better Choices, Better Health Chronic Disease Workshop on March 27 at 5:30 PM CST at the Sanford Chamberlain Private Dining Room (300 S. Byron Blvd., Chamberlain, SD 57325).
