This short-session phone workshop is designed for adults living with chronic health conditions and caregivers who want practical tools to help manage their health and improve their quality of life. Participants will connect by phone each week, making this a great option for those who prefer a phone-based format or have limited access to reliable internet.

The workshop is offered free to any adults age 18 and older residing in South Dakota, but registration is required using the blue register button above.
