
SDSU Extension's Workforce Development course is designed to provide a suite of workforce development resources for employees to complete at their own convenience. Topics include:
- Working relations: conflict resolution, disability awareness, managing customer satisfaction, managing technology and remote work, teaching adults technology
- Health: breastfeeding, healthy eating, managing stress, staying active, understanding your benefits, work-life balance
- Management: action planning, high performance teams, making meetings work, time management for emerging leaders
Course Enrollment
- Go to traininghouse.sdstate.edu and log in. See instructions below to create an account.
- Search through the available courses and select: SDSU Extension Workforce Development Training.
- Enter the self-enrollment key WORK21 and select Enroll me.
Once enrolled in the course, you will have access to course content.

Create a TrainingHouse Account
This course is offered through SDSU's TrainingHouse platform. If you have an SDSU email account, select SDSU User Login.
If you do not already have an account on TrainingHouse, you will need to create one.
- Go to traininghouse.sdstate.edu.
- Select Non-SDSU users login here.
- Select Create new account.
- Complete the required fields and select Create my new account.
- An email will be sent to your email address. Check your email to find instructions to complete your new account registration. If you do not see the email, check your Spam or Junk email folder.
Access the course on a mobile device by using the Moodle app.
Innovate SoDak
SDSU Extension partners with Innovate SoDak, who assists regional companies by connecting them with university assets and expertise. They have created a TrainingHouse course to provide resources related to managing indoor environments to reduce the spread of COVID-19, indoor air quality, computational fluid dynamics and leadership in management.
