Diane Yeadon serves as an SDSU Extension Community Health Educator based in Aberdeen. She is passionate about helping South Dakotans take charge of their health by learning to better self-manage chronic conditions and how to master the aging process. Diane supports individuals who are managing ongoing health concerns, preparing for life’s next stages, strengthening their skills as caregivers and teaching others how to identify and support mental health challenges.
