Pick it, Try it, Like it for Schools and Adults

Pick it! Try it! Like it! materials are filled with tips for selecting, preparing, and preserving various fruits and vegetables. Colorful fact sheets, recipe cards, and educational videos provide educators and families with fun, engaging tools to enhance any dietary curriculum!

Each lesson plan includes:

  • Clearly outlined educational objectives, nutrition facts, and a discussion guide.
  • Recipes and visuals.
  • Take-home handouts families can use to Pick it (selection), Try it (preparation tips), and Like it (recipes).

The Additional Resources file (at the bottom of the page) includes many handouts referenced in the lessons.
