Spring is a great time to break out your light jacket, walking shoes, gardening gloves, bicycle (whatever it may be!) and get back into a routine of physical activity.  Make moving your body a priority this spring and join our challenge!

How the Challenge Works

Track all your active minutes starting Friday, May 1, through Sunday, May 31.  At the end of the 31 days, we will ask you to submit your total active minutes through a survey you will receive via email.

  1. Register online by filling out the form below by Wednesday, April 30
  2. Get physically active and track your minutes
  3. Submit your total active minutes by Monday, June 1
