SDSU Extension will host a six-week virtual workshop series on thriving and surviving cancer. The workshops will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. CST every Thursday from January 8 to February 12, 2026.
The program is not a support group but rather a workshop on how to take small steps toward positive changes and a healthier life. Free supplemental materials will be provided for this small-group format workshop. Participants will be asked to complete a survey before and after the workshop.
