The South Dakota 4-H Clover Classic will be held June 15-16 at various locations on the campus of South Dakota State University.

- 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. - Meats Judging Contest
- 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. - Hippology Contest
- 1:30-4:00 p.m. - State 4-H Livestock Skill-A-Thon Contest (national contest qualifier)
- 1:30-6:00 p.m. - Beginner/Junior Horse Quiz Bowl
- 1:30-6:00 p.m. - Senior Horse Quiz Bowl
- 4:30-6:30 p.m. - Poultry Judging
Tuesday, June 16
- 8:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. - State 4-H Livestock Judging Contest (national contest qualifier)
- 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. - Horse Judging Contest
- 1:00-5:00 p.m. - Beginner/Junior Livestock Quiz Bowl
- 2:00-5:00 p.m. - Senior Livestock Quiz Bowl
- 5:00-6:00 p.m. - Awards Ceremony
Registration
A $10 registration fee will apply with no limit on the number of contests that youth may participate in. Contestants must be a bona-fide South Dakota 4-H member approved by their respective county 4-H Youth Educator. As of 2025, contestants compete as individuals only. The only team competitions that will take place will be the Livestock Quiz Bowl and Horse Quiz Bowl competitions. Registration is required and can be completed using the blue register button above.
