SDSU Extension and McCrory Gardens will host the Ninth Annual Insect Festival on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. CDT. 

This event helps spread the understanding and importance of insects in our environment. There will be a pollinator parade at 2:00 p.m., so come dressed as your favorite insect and jump into the line as you march around to show off your costume!

  • Insect Photo Contest

This event is free to attend and no registration is required.
