ANR Connections will provide newer natural resource professionals with a broad overview of South Dakota's main agricultural production systems. Participants will learn from seasoned career professionals, meet innovative conservation-minded producers, network with growers and conservation professionals, learn to connect with people in local communities, and participate in hands-on agricultural activities. The timeline of this curriculum follows the growing seasons of major crops and livestock in South Dakota, from planting and birth to harvest.
