Regina supports the citizens of South Dakota in her role as the 4-H Program Manager, Regional Youth Educator. She is based at SDSU West River Research and Extension and is the operations connection for the 17 counties of the west region. Regina also serves as the state-wide program lead for 4-H military initiatives.

SDSU Extension has organized operations support into four regions: North, South, Central and West. Each region consists of about 16 counties and is supported by an assigned regional youth educator.
