To meet the needs of emerging demand within the sheep industry for superior young ewe genetics available in smaller lot sizes, the South Dakota Sheep Growers Association (SDSGA) in cooperation with SDSU Extension is hosting a premium ewe sale in conjunction with educational programming, July 27, 2019 at Magness Livestock Auction (105 NE Custer Avenue, Huron, SD 57350).

Learning about political processes in the vibrant, living classroom of the nation’s capital, 38 South Dakota 4-H youth participated in Citizenship Washington Focus (CWF), an intensive 4-H civic engagement program for high school youth. The program was held at the National 4-H Conference Center in Chevy Chase, Md., on June 15-23.
