Youth who have at least five years of active membership in South Dakota 4-H (current high school senior or accepted to college, technical institute, etc.) are eligible to apply for South Dakota 4-H Scholarships.

The National Association of County Agricultural Agents (NACAA) recognized Sara Bauder, SDSU Extension Agronomy Field Specialist with the Achievement Award and Kimberly McGraw, SDSU Extension 4-H Youth Program Advisor - Clark & Spink Counties with the Distinguished Service Award during the Annual Meeting and Professional Improvement Conference held in Chattanooga, Tenn.

South Dakota 4-H members from Day, Clark, Haakon/Jackson and Pennington Counties traveled to Washington DC to attend the National 4-H Conference this April.
4-H youth are given the opportunity to develop critical thinking, communication and teamwork skills through the livestock judging project.
