More than 80 fourth-grade students from Milbank area schools spent the day gaining hands-on knowledge of the state's number one industry of agriculture during SDSU Extension's Urban Ag Day held May 3, 2018 at the Grant County 4-H grounds.

SDSU Extension staff offers unique workshops to answer questions involved with estate planning and aid in planning for farm transitions. The Sustaining the Legacy-Estate Planning and Farm Transitions Conferences, developed for all parties involved in the farm or ranch operation will be held in Milbank, beginning March 6, 2019.
