Are you looking to start walking, but not able to commit to an in-person walking group at this time? If so, SDSU Extension is excited to offer an online self-directed walking program to jumpstart your walking goals. Join the program from wherever you are located in the state. SDSU Extension will send information, tips and techniques for walking safely, encourage submission of walking logs and will share other resources to get your started on your walking journey over the course of the 6-week session.
