SDSU Extension will offer a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Training Workshop on March 12 and 13 at the SDSU Animal Science Complex (1097 N. Campus Drive, Brookings, SD 57007).
This training is necessary for individuals who wish to write food safety HACCP plans for state and federally-inspected meat processing facilities. This course is accredited by the International HACCP Alliance.
