Meat Science HACCP, Sanitation, and Auditing Workshop

Monday, March 8 - Tuesday, March 9

SDSU Extension will be hosting a program providing basic HACCP training for compliance with requirement for meat industry HACCP training; not an International HACCP Alliance affiliated course, starting on March 8 & 9 at 8:30 a.m. CT at the Animal Science Complex, Room 129, on the SDSU Campus. 

Schedule

  • March 8, 8:30 a.m. CT
  • March 9, 9:00 a.m. CT

Boxed lunch for both days provided. Parking passes will be provided, park in Standard Commuter lots North or West of the Animal Science Complex

Masks required at all times (except during lunch) while indoors on campus; participants will be required to follow Covid-19 protocols to be distributed prior to the training.
