Every Friday in July, SDSU Extension will offer a 20-minute guided self-care activity and end with a short Q&A time. All sessions will be offered through Zoom and there is no cost to participate!

- July 24 (International Self-Care Day): Anti-Inflammatory Diet Basics - Megan Jacobson, SDSU Extension Nutrition Field Specialist - biggest food triggers of inflammation and resources to help you when grocery shopping and cooking at home
- July 31: Restful Yoga to Improve Sleep - Nikki Prosch, SDSU Extension Health & Physical Activity Field Specialist - guided gentle yoga routine
