SDSU Extension will be hosting an 12-week exercise program beginning on February 19 - April 24 at 1 PM CST at the Senior Citizens Center (301 East Kemp Ave., Watertown, SD 57201).
Fit & Strong! (FS) is an exercise/behavior change program designed for older adults.
Fit & Strong! includes 60-minutes of exercise, and 30-minutes of group discussion/health education. Join Fit & Strong! to learn how to safely perform stretching, balance, aerobic and strengthening exercises and incorporate them into your everyday life.
Fit & Strong! is an 12-week program meeting Tuesdays and Fridays from February 19 through April 24, 1 - 2:30 PM CST.
