SDSU Extension will be hosting an 8-week exercise program beginning on Feb 24 at 9:30 AM CST at the Chamberlain Community Center (112 N. Main, St., Chamberlain, SD 57325).
Fit & Strong! (FS) is an exercise/behavior change program designed for older adults.
Fit & Strong! includes 60-minutes of exercise, and 30-minutes of group discussion/health education. Join Fit & Strong! to learn how to safely perform stretching, balance, aerobic and strengthening exercises and incorporate them into your everyday life.
Fit & Strong! is an 8-week program meeting Monday, Wednesday, Fridays from February 24 through April 17, 9:30 - 11 AM CST.
