South Dakota State University (SDSU) Extension will be hosting a two-day Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Training Workshop Nov. 17-18 at the SDSU West River Agriculture Center in Rapid City, South Dakota.
The workshop will provide the required HACCP training necessary for individuals to write food safety plans for both state and federally inspected meat processing facilities.
Nov. 17: 8:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. MT
Nov. 18: 8:30 a.m. - 2:15 p.m. MT
Tickets cost $350 each.
