South Dakota State University (SDSU) Extension will host a learning opportunity on Aug. 4 at 8 a.m. CST at the South Dakota State University Animal Science Complex (1097 N. Campus Dr. Brookings, SD 57007) for all who are interested in food safety and public health.
The goal of the summit is to educate, exchange information and open the lines of communication between the different segments of industry, public health officials and regulatory agencies.
Registration is $35 for the in-person participation, $40 for in-person and a jump drive with the presentations loaded onto it, and a virtual option for $35. Both in-person options will have lunch provided. Registration closes on Aug. 3.
