SDSU Extension will host a learning opportunity on Aug. 18 at 8:30 a.m. CDT at the SDSU Animal Science Complex (1097 N. Campus Dr. Brookings, SD 57007) for all who are interested in food safety and public health.
The goal of the summit is to educate, exchange information and open the lines of communication between the different segments of industry, public health officials and regulatory agencies.
Registration is $35 and includes lunch. Participants will have the option to purchase a jump drive with the Summit presentations for an additional $5.
